I had to go personally to the Statesville branch and get a cashiers check. The available agent was Mikayla. I walked up, smiling and was greeted by a sour face. She was almost rude and did not smile during my transaction. I never want to deal with her again. She needs a course in customer service or needs to find another job that doesn't require meeting the public.

We have recently opened accounts at the PNC Bank in Statesville and were very impressed with the staff, especially Kalan, during this process. Kalan and her team were very professional, efficient, patient and personable. We immediately felt the difference between big city bank branches where no one knows you and this small-town friendly branch where they remember your name and provide personal service. Very refreshing. We have been in this branch a few times since and continue to be very pleased with our selection of PNC Bank and its wide variety of services.
