Apparently taking an extra half hour for lunch is more important to Chase than keeping appointments with their clients. My wife and I planned on merging accounts here at Chase but now we'll be taking our money to a local credit union instead, where they can at least pretend to care about their clients.

I believe they close at 6 monday through friday. Plus there are so many online banking options that come in handy
