Got a tattoo from Josh about 6 years ago, and I still love it, still looks amazing. Scheduled my appointment almost 2 years ago just to get there with the two people that I was supposed to get tattoos with( they requested off work and drove for us to get our tats done here) and nobody could answer the door or a phone. And nobody called us to let us know they wouldn’t be there. Completely blind sided and waited over an hour for someone to show up. Hoping they were just running late. The scheduler is extremely rude. It’s not Josh anymore. And I just asked for my deposit back, and it’s been over two months after I was told it was being sent in the mail and still haven’t received anything at all and was blocked on messenger ! I love Josh’s work. So i still give them a 3/5 stars.

Good luck getting in, or getting a hold of anyone. Rude scheduler, I imagine the scheduler will cause the shop to close in time. First time I called Josh answered, got in same day. Second visit took a month to schedule, four months to get in. Good luck….
