Technician originally came out and needed to order a new oven fan for the oven. The part arrived and the technician came back. He thought it was the wrong part but installed it anyway. He turned the oven on and it burned the control panel. He ordered a new control panel and tole me he will be back in ten day to fix the oven. Additionally he left oven parts on the floor. Now I have no working oven for ten days. Can't get hold of anyone at Sears. They won't send the repairman back out until the parts come in. The oven parts he removed from the oven are on the floor. He ran out of here and refused call his supervisor. Now I wait until the parts come in to see a service man again. They won't return until the parts come in and I can't get anyone above a non English speaking person to come to the phone. Do NOT use Sears for anything.
