Ordered keto cheesecakes: Strawberry, peach and peanut butter. I like the cheesecakes and the topppings but I didn't like the peanut butter one, couldn't taste the peanut butter and its got a weird aftertaste and made my stomach feel funny, but thats probably because of artificial sugar overload 🤣🤣 buuuut the real reason for 3 star is because theres egg shells in the cake 🥚 🎂 🥴 i noticed the shells are mostly in the bottom half of the cake, i even checked the other 2 flavors and they also have egg 🥚shells 🤭. If there weren't egg shells, i would rate the strawberry and peach keto cakes 4 stars ✨️ The peanut butter...... 2 stars 🥴🤭🤭🤭

I am extremely displeased with the service that I received today. I drove from Concord to pick up a cake (Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Cake) that I ordered on Wednesday 8/31/22 only to find out that they never made the cake. The cashier was rumbling around trying to figure out what happened after I had already showed her my receipt as well as my bank statement where they received payment for the cake. She got on the phone with whom I assume to be the manager informing her of what happened and instead of them trying to accommodate me for a mistake that THEY made, they wanted me to pay the difference for another cake that was premade that was about $90 and offered me a measly 20 dollar gift card. They never acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake. Obviously their main concern is making a quick buck and not about making sure the customer is happy. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be back after this experience!

I love this place for just a stop and pick up something. But I definitely won’t pre-order anything from here again. The first time I ordered a birthday cake, we came to get it and it was stated that they didn’t have it and there was certainly attitude when asked what else could be given in place. We ordered an 8in cake and were told we could only have 12 cupcakes in place of it. Now I placed another pre-order for a cake, to be ready by 11am, get here and they say they have to check because it’s not here yet. Then the writing is messed up from transportation and now they don’t have any boxes to fit the cake, so now we have to COME BACK again, being inconvenienced because it wasn’t ready when it was stated to be ready. I definitely recommend this for stopping in and picking up things, but definitely not pre-ordering anything.
