Walser Toyota should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. They sold us a used car that was in a previouis accident and practiced 'wilfull non-disclousure' and chose not to stand behind the issues the accident caused, Will never (ever) use Walser Toyota - or any other Walser dealerships going forward. We have purchased cars from Walser Toyota dating back to 1996 (6 vehicles - including the accident vehicle) + service on all + warranty agreements + tires as needed = well in excess of $150k++. And they chose not to stand behind their service. We make sure to tell everyone we come in contact with about this service. NOTE: this car was taken in by my Son - unaware of the issues - last time he will be coming by as well. UPDATE: Walser management reached out to me to discuss the issue and we were able to work out a mutually agreeable solution. I was satisfied with the response and the service - car is working/running well. Thanks!

Tom Kennedy was awesome!! I went in to test drive the Rav4. Tom listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and recommended the Rav4 Adventure series, which I had never heard of before. It is everything I wanted, but never knew. It was also my first time purchasing a brand new car and he made it a comfortable and exciting experience.

Everything started out fine. Checked in as normal. Techs took my car like normal. But then I waited over two hours when I was only there for an oil change. I never received the video of my oil change being done. Finally when I went to check on why my car was taking too long I was told that not only was my car done and had been for at least an hour but the Tech who did the oil change and the tech who checked me in had gone home. No one talked to me or tried to call me. According to the paperwork there were no issues with the oil change and no problems had occured. No explanation was given for why no one had come to talk to me when my car was finished and why no video showing the service on my car was ever sent. Overall not happy with the service. Still wondering if the oil change was actually ever done....

You would have to take the car in and have it check out by Walser Toyota .
Check around there are other places to get a remote starter put in Altho my sister just got a Toyota Sienna van and her romot shuts off when she gets in it as a safety issue
