I was browsing around the store when I came across something out of the ordinary. When I ask for legitimacy in the paperwork of what I found the store manager told me that she would call me on a certain date to which she never called and then when I called her to confront her about the challenge that I had been faced with she lied. I tried to reason with her but protecting her stores income was more important than a continuous customer.

Rude horrible people especially the latina lady they have no clue what they are doing, over prices everything to the point your better off going to buy it brand new, just really the worst shop in Charlotte and from how empty your store and parking lot always is y'all won't be open much longer.
