Omgosh I have been going thier for years, this is the first time I have heard of a pet that passed away Sorry that you're son lost his cat of 10 years. I just went on Thursday & hes still with us.
African side necked turtles have been available for purchase for the last month or two. I do know there are restrictions on the minimum size.
Nail clipping doesn't require an appointment. However if you come during a busy time (for instance the weekend), there might be a short wait for someone to become available. Walk in services do require proof of rabies, so make sure you bring that.
