Not sure what to say considering they never call back or update people in their cases.

I went here last week to vote. The two ladies who were in charge of the ballots and IDs were pretty decent except the older gentleman in the room. He made me feel like I was a nuisance. I kindly asked if I was supposed to wipe down the table (Covid 19 measure) after I was finished and he replied really loudly “No, that’s MY JOB!” I was embarrassed and humiliated, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Just rude.

This court system is terrible at responding and addressing the needs of the cases at hand. Cases are easily dismissed without cases being solved. Seems as if its only about money. Being ordered to pay. No justice at this justice center. They only want to discuss court fees, tickets, and jail time. Anything negative and anything that will make them money. Victims suffer. Welcome to the world today. Your Federal system. This State system. Rigged and not right.

This is sucb a beautiful building! There is a handicap accessible entrance on the west side of the building that take you in to the basement, the clerk in the county surveyor office very kindly showed us this after I struggled to enter with a stroller. Coming into the main floor is beautiful, with a stained glass dome and historic pictures lining the halls.

How do we get a record of a court filing for child support? Bank account was drained, all we can find out is that it was for child support for a child we didn't know existed. We don't live near there so it's not as easy as just going to the court

Call county court clerk they can pull your name ask if they can send you a copy of the judge's order. If you don't know if the child is yours should get a DNA asap. I think they can take your money until you get the results

Do you need to petition the court for using funds of an adult ward to help with finances?

When you use the term "ward," from a legal perspective, that would mean a person who is subject to a guardianship ordered by the court and where s specific guardian has been appointed to provide oversight of the ward. When a ward has finances, those finances are likewise subject to direction by the court through the appointment of a conservator by court order. If there is no conservatorship created in that instance, the guardian would have an obligation to file a petition for a conservatorship and get an order from the about the necessity and/or rules covering the wards finances.
