Last Thursday was by far one of the worst days of my life. Dr. Glander and her staff show empathy and made a terrible decision as easy as they could. She took care of my precious Riley for over 11 years and I trusted her completely. There were times we had to see the other vets as well and they're just as amazing. Thank you Lake Hickory Vet!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They had my 80 year old father who had an appt with his pitbull wait for over 45 minutes because they were too busy taking walk ins! What's the point in making an appt then???? Then the vet had the nerve to meet my father in the parking lot & tell him not to speak to his staff that way! Shame on them for treating my father this way!!! They told him he is not allowed to come back, but he didn't plan on doing that anyways!!

Yes!!! You now can go in with your fur-babies. They are still asking to wear a mask but I think they're trying to fix that.

No, unfortunately they do not declaw any more. They will do tail docking and dewclaws at a maximum age of 5 days old.

I'm sorry that you have a sick dog! Try Google, call Lake Hickory tomorrow or call the Hickory Emergency Vet. We took a cat to the Emergency Vet in February. 😿
