When I walked in to the urgent care the staff at the front desk were very polite and I can say very kind to me. Not sure why the nurse below who wrote she had a bad experience wrote what she did but my experience was the exact opposite of hers. They brought me in to see the doctor very quickly the nurse was very kind and very professional and the person who drew my blood was as equally professional and kind and Dr. Adrien spent an ample amount of time with me it made me feel very comfortable which I really appreciated. You probably could eat off the floor the facility was that clean however I would recommend it lol. If I had any other medical issues or anyone in my family I would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Took my wife here last night to have an abscess treated and this place was just fabulous. Immediately taken in and just just great and caring service. Dr Abawi was just excellent and very attentive. I would definitely come here again for any needed service where I couldn't see a doctor by appointment.

Do not go to this Emergency Center unless you can say with full confidence that you can pay your bill then-and-there in cash. Their billing system and customer service/communication is awful once you leave the building. Otherwise, service in the Emergency Center itself was fine.

I’m only giving three stars because the nurses and the provider were amazing however the front desk both at the beginning of my visit in the end were absolutely terrible. The check-in and checkout process definitely is a one star and that’s a push. The girl working was extremely rude and never smiled one time. She asked to take my temperature so I leaned forward a slight bit and she took it. I looked down at the desk where she laid the thermometer so I could see what my temperature was. She very rudely said is there something I can help you with, and I said yeah I just wanted to know what my temperature was. You can ask me if you want to know. Do not look over this counter. You will see patient information. Now mind you I was nowhere near leaning inside the window upside down to see her computer screen. So I politely said oh well I see your screens over there are wide open with patient data. Do you guys not use screen protectors I asked. She got super aggressive and said do I need to come around to the waiting room to check you in. I said no I’m just saying. The nurse who took me in to triage was simply amazing. The two nurses who helped me back in the room were also amazing and the provider, Callie, was great. My clinical care was top notch! I then go to check out and the disgruntled employee stood there reading to me all of these documents she’s just asking me to sign on this iPad. Never once did I see anything in writing never once did she smile and when I asked her about payment again she was snotty and said you have two insurances. I said I’m sorry I just wanted to make sure that if I owed you some thing I was able to pay it today. And I walked out. Will never go in there again if that lady is sitting at the front desk. I did catch her name and likely will call to report this as well. She’s worried about patients literally jumping through the window upside down to look at her computer screen but there are several other computer screens very visible with no protection to the public. P. S I too am a nurse and aware of HIPPA and what should be a normal clinic experience.
