Friendly staff, nice service. This is to thank Mr. Chris Orise (I hope I wrote down his name correctly). My wife and I were helped by Mr. Chris Orise (on spot with specific instructions on how to arrange appointments online) when we visited the office 7/27/2021. We still remember his help. And again this year (2022) late May we took our boy there for his learning permit application. The receptionist lady (I would guess she is Filipino, sorry I did not have her name as my son talked to her directly) explained very well to my son on the specific steps too. We really rate high to their service.

Don’t try to go there at the crack of dawn and think that because you’re one of the first ones in line you’ll magically get a spot. They will not let you in without an appointment (and from the looks of it not even if you did have one lol). There will be someone handing out cards with the link address to the appointment scheduler. The woman that gave us the cards said that they release same day appointments between 7:55-8:10. I was able to get a same day appointment at a different DMV while standing there. They will claim you can “keep refreshing” but that is not an option, you have to keep entering your details until you see the same day appointments, which is pretty annoying even on a big screened phone. The location is very pretty and it was pretty easy to get there which is why I’m giving it 2 stars and I was able to get a same day appointment due to her information. They should make it public knowledge that just going there in the morning won’t get you a spot, there was literally like 10 people there without an appointment and 1 with an appointment.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I had accidentally missed my appointment time, they were not only able to fit me in but also helped get my grandmother in for a license renewal. Quick easy process.

It was fantastic with Ms. Stephanie, she is doing a great job assisting people and she knows her job so well,. My only concern was the small lady in the front that day checking on the requirements, I had everything I had already that i needs for my appointment but still giving me a hard time since it is my first time getting my Learners permit,.. it was stressful dealing with her over powering her position, I understand that she needs to do her job but she's over the top,it happens to many of us that day,,. Glad all of the hustle that she maid I ended up passing my test, there are 30 questions and you have to pass 21 and up,. Learner's Permit Requirements -Proof of ID -Proof of lawful presence if you came from another country (GC) -SSN -Proof of Residency (ei: Billings/ Bank Statements) So good luck everyone,.. 😀 Have a great day. 👍
