Evidently, after reading these reviews, nothing has changed so they must not be doing any follow-up to the complaints herein. I had a very good experience with Dr. Agee who was professional, personable and efficient. But, I too, had to wait 2 hours before I got the ten minutes to see him no matter what room I was in. My time is valuable to me as well but his booking staff doesn't seem to care about that. They book operatories instead of his time. Unfortunately, there are very few doctors who specialize in this particular field so we are at their mercy. And they know it!

I wanted to share on our wonderful experience here. Yes there was a little bit of a wait time but it's so worth it. We can't complain since the office was very clean, professional, safe, and cozy. Most importantly the doctor was very knowledgeable. I have to give extra kudos to the doctor for learning extra phrases in Spanish to make my mother feel more at ease and have a better evaluation. That makes a huge difference in a doctor taking the extra time to learn little things to make all patients feel welcome and taken care of.

My first visit was good. Although the staff was courteous the girls who did the initial prep failed to introduce themselves. It would have made it extra comfortable if they gave their names.

The doctor is great. The WAIT TIMES SUCK. Each time I’ve come, it’s been a 2-3 hour ordeal. Called back close to appt time so they get you out of the lobby, but then you will wait FOREVER to actually be seen by the Dr. Consistently run 2+ hours behind at every appt. 4 o’clock appt but seen at 7pm. They CLOSED AT 5! Prepare to spend half your day here!!!
