My experience started off well quick and easy and affordable. My experience started on June 25th…. I received my first pair of the two I purchased on 7/9 via mail very well packaged and no issues. I waited a few more weeks before calling about the second pair that I had yet to receive. Called on 7/25 to be told usps said I signed for the glasses which wasn’t the case. I was then told by the store manager he would look into it and call me back. He didn’t. I called again and was told they would remake the ones I didn’t receive and send them again. I waited a few more weeks still nothing so I call again to be told by the call center I would have to go in the store to have them re made which made no sense seeing they had my script on file. I spoke to the manager again who told me he would be sending the glasses to me… After many more phone calls between then and now and being told over and over the glasses were being remade I received a text on 9/29 that the glasses were ready for pick up. I checked my mail today and the glasses were in my mailbox. Which was fine EXCEPT they were poorly packaged and very much damaged not wearable or fixable. I am BEYOND frustrated with the overall experience I have had with this place!

Hello ma'am. Great question I am a frame specialist at this my eyelab location. Now with lines bifocals or progressives it's a promotion going on for 2 for $99.
Yes. I had astigmatism and they corrected for mine.
That's a good question. I'm not sure so I would just call and ask to make sure. But if you do have a frame of ur own they can put your prescription in the frame of glasses that you take them.

They take all insurances. Just depends in they are in network. If not they will take out of network benefits and process them for you. I'm most cases cost of in network and out of net work are pretty close.
