I would NOT recommend this place if you are with Care Plus, the doctor was nice, but the office manager was not welcoming at all! I told him I had Care Plus insurance and his level of professionalism went out the window, like I can’t be bothered with you, and sat a tray of glasses in front of me, when I chose the ones I want, nothing extras were offered to me. I’ve wore transitions with bifocals no line for the last 20 years. When I went back to pick the glasses up the receptionist gave me the glasses without a fitting to make sure everything was correct. After looking at the glasses I saw the lines for the bifocals. I’ve not gotten use to the lines yet! And will go some place else to get a proper fitting and service I paid for!!!😢😢😢

Dr David Faiden has no patience for patients it appears. He was in a horrible mood. The lenses of the ophthalmic vision testing machine were fogged up. He did not believe me and barked at me to take my mask off, it was not on my face. He pulled the machine away from my face and wiped the lenses then shoved it down at me causing me to shrink back into the chair. I asked him to adjust the machine so that I could sit upright and he huffed and puffed about it. This was a re-test as the first exam with Dr Michael also had fogged up lenses in this same machine- Dr Michael was very nice but provided no solution to the foggy lens issue. The assistants were nice but seemed to be cautiously and quietly working to not bother Dr David.

I went into this office over a month ago and had my eyes exam and was told the frames I picked out would be ordered and ready within a 3 week time frame . It is now End of March and I have not heard from the office . I asked for a corporate telephone number and we not provider with that. I was advised that Patrick is the area manager and that he does not have a manager . This office is totally unprofessional and still does not have my glasses ready .Marlin is very unprofessional basically told me she could give me a refund Vs getting this issue resolved .
