Came in around 6:50pm to order food to go. While I was waiting I witnessed the guy on the back side preparing the food eating while making everyone's food as well as a prep glove in his mouth that was later put on the prep counter and used shortly afterwards. These 2 things are very unsanitary and shouldn't be done while making people's food. I'm not sure if I want to come back here for food after seeing this.

Horrible time on the door says they open at 10 am but was not open at the drive thru. I waited I saw two ladies walk in. Another customer tried to go inside they did not open the door nor tell him or me at the drive thru to wait a moment or that they were running late. I will never go back here.

Had to wait a couple extra minutes for a Buffalo chicken sandwich, which was not a problem because this sandwich was fresh off the grill. The care and service were really good this time around as well!

I just ordered through Door Dash and it wasn't a complicated order: just a sandwich, 2 orders of tenders, 3 large curly fries, and a side of cheese sauce. They forgot the side of cheese sauce, and an entire order of fries. I try to be understanding as I know a lot of places are understaffed (if it had just been the wrong items I wouldn't be as irritated) but, it would be nice to actually receive items that I paid for. Please ACTUALLY pay attention to your customers' orders and try to care.
