Main issue is roads needing more than potholes filled. Gotta go slow for speedbumps and holes. Management seems ok, and about what you expect for a trailer park. Visiting friends it seems pretty quiet.

Actually did some work in there for somebody that owns a trailer so might be going back if they call me like to repeat business with customers but it was okay
