I’ve been using this ups for two years now for online returns and pre paid labels and they’ve always been super nice and helpful and I hardly ever spend more than 5 minutes in the store. Very good easy experience every time.

Yes you can. Use our store address and include the students name and phone number in order to contact him/her once the package arrives to our store. There is a $5/per package fee to pick up, and the student needs to provide an ID.
THE UPS STORE in Blacksburg currently does not have an after hours drop-off box.
