This is a place I go to regularly. Today was the last day I will be going here. My sister, friend, and I ordered our food totaling $32. We got our drinks within the first 5 minutes of sitting down, but then we had to wait another 20 plus minutes to get our waffles. The reason for this wait wasn't because it was overly crowded, but because the employees decided to talk, go on their phones, and feed themselves before the customers. As someone who used to work in the food industry this is unacceptable. To put the cherry on top when we received our waffles they were cold and almost rock hard. It seems as though the waffles were at least a day old. I do not recommend going if you want to waste your money. Overall, the customer service has gone down within the past few years.

Cute, local shop where the waffles are made fresh!! The owner explained to me that the waffles are made with pearl sugar, which naturally caramelizes the outside of the waffle when cooked. I got the deluxe waffle, and it did not disappoint! Would love to go back again!
