Best invisible braids… best braiding PERIOD!! I got them done today and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!! Here’s 3 photos of the first day and then how full it’s gotten after a few days.

I can tell you first hand that this business is hit or miss. Not all employees are held to the same standard. Some do better work than others or are allowed to mistreat customers and other employees and still remain gainfully employed because of how “good” their work is. Some stylists are sweet and kind but trust me, your complaints fall on deaf ears since the stylist run the owner and not the other way around. They tried to bully the old receptionist, the only thing that was garnering them positive reviews in the first place.

I had a really negative experience at this establishment unfortunately. I have been to the establishment for hair braiding multiple times over the last year and a half. First, of all I brought a moisture shampoo, a dandruff shampoo, and conditioner for the hair braider to use. She washed my hair two times with the moisture shampoo then informed me that basically it was no point in using the dandruff shampoo despite adding a note about bringing said dandruff shampoo while setting up my appointment. Next the hair braider asked me what hair color or (weave) I wanted. She brought me one color; I told her the color I wanted. She brought me another hair color similar to the next clients I continued to explain the color I wanted. Then she brought the color I wanted and seemed frustrated about my choice. Next she said something in French and mentioned the braid style I wanted to another hair braider that was pregnant; and she proceeded to laugh loudly and obnoxiously. I immediately felt disrespected and un-safe in the environment. Lastly when I initially walked into the establishment the manager (owner) informed me that debit machine reader was down and not working; and I could either pay in cash or use cash-app or Venmo. That appeared unprofessional to me because what if I did not have cash-app or Venmo on my phone. It would be smart to inform clients of computer system issues ahead of time in the future. Overall, after this experience I know I will not be back and this comment really is not to discourage future clients from utilizing the hair braiding/hair styling service. I just want to inform the company that professionalism, courtesy, and respect needs to given to every client that enters the establishment. Okay Vent Over.

Yes!! I have been getting my hair braided from Bignon's for over 9 years. I have never had a bad experience.. NEVER.. My braids are always really nice and neat . .... I am very very picky!
I don't recommend them.
