Terrible service. Both Bryan and another rep who refused to give me his name gave terrible service. I work with O'Reilly on a daily basis as I work at Strandes Garage we order parts from them but now will think twice. I can't believe I was treated this way. When I asked the guy what his name was, he very rudely said "I have to put u on hold I have customers infront of me" and NEVER came back. I held as long as I could as I have to attend the garage as well. It was about 20 minutes then had to hang up. I call back and no answer! It's obvious this guy doesn't want to help me which now I'm starting to think he has something against women.

I needed my brake lights changed and Brian was really helpful. It was freezing cold outside and he still insisted on giving me a hand. Talk about great service! Thank you Brian! I highly recommend this place

Was told alternator was bad went to Toyota and they said it was just bad battery. Feel like someone in cahoots with local repair shop. Got feeling tried to take advantage of two older men.

Questions & Answers

How do I know if the problem is the alternator or the battery? Every morning I have to jump-start my car?

When the vehicle is running disconnect the positive terminal and then the negative terminal if it turns off immediately it's the alternator.
