Hugely helpful and fast. I scheduled appointmemt for serpentine belt. They fixed that, And 2 other issues for what I expected to pay for the one. They got parts replaced for discoveries made the day I brought it in, and I only had my vehicle there for about 6 hours. 10/10 will go back there again. Also, they're willing to investigate and try to solve an issue I've had for 5 years, that 8 other mechanics had said wasnt worth it, doesnt do electrical, or were not willing to investigate it. Honestly never thought I'd have my jeep fixed up so well!

These people are honest. Like, honest-honest. I've taken both cars to them thinking I had serious problems that would cost a lot of money. Both times they could have said, "yep, gonna cost you a kidney or a cornea," but they didn't at all. Plus, they're nice. Genuine nice and not the nice that makes you think, "liar."

I've been going to sweeten creek auto since I got my first car. I now work on my own cars but any time a project is too big for me I always bring it to them. You don't have to worry about them taking advantage of you or not being fast. They've even helped me out by calling parts manufacturers and insisting they need to warantee the item. They fix it right the first time. If I could give a higher rating I would!
