Finding a mechanic that I trust is difficult, but I'm glad I've found this shop. I've been going here for years fir oil changes but recently brought in my car for what I thought was a brake issue. Turned out to be something more, but they took care of it. A mistake was made due to a computer system error (unknown at the time). I submitted acomplaint and the area manager contacted me the next day (on his vacation). He investigated the issue and explained what happened. I brought the car back in, and it was corrected at no charge to me. I'm glad that o can continue to recommend this shop!
