Nathan should be seriously commended for his over the top customer service. On a busy afternoon he helped us through switching from ATT to T-Mobile. For reasons completely out of his control, it was a tangled mess. ATT was not letting us go easily. During this two hour slog, he kept our spirits up and managed to direct and help several other customers while we were busy doing our parts. He got us through the hurdles, got us a great deal, and made sure we were completely taken care of with our switch. I can’t recommend him enough and am very happy with our switch to T-Mobile.

I was very happy with the service i received at the T-mobile store at the Arnot Mall. Shelby and her team were a delight to work with and she was able to solve an ongoing issue for me. She had the problem solved faster then she had guessed it would take and had me on my way to use my new device. Shout out to Doug the regional manager, a really nice guy to talk to. Thank you Shelby.

I have Sprint phone lg Android 5.0 but going through Virgin Mobile to pay my bills and I like to know if I can change my carrier through Sprint?

You can switch over to Sprint from Virgin Mobile, it is called a migration. You would just need to stop in the store and have them open an account for you and get the new service set up.
