I would shop here again however the manager Miguel is an a-hole. Rude arrogant and entitled.

Got what I asked for but not very knowledgeable of the system or diligent in ordering my parts. But helpful and friendly.

Horrendous customer service!!! I ordered 2 parts and supposedly only one came in. They said they had no control over it. When I asked to see if they can call the distribution center to make sure it will be on the truck today he said "No I can't do that". Then I asked him why he couldn't the assistant managers words were "I have a lot of other things to do". Seriously?!?! The store wasn't packed and there wasn't a line behind me. When he finally did make a call he said "they have tp call me back". At no point did he say I will give you a call or anything. He continued to tell me there is no direct line to that person, which I know is a lie bc I called it after a different store gave me the number. Then when I bought the 1 part they supposedly ordered for me it wasn't even close to the right part. I called distribution myself and they confirmed that what they sold me wasn't even a part that was ordered. It was just something in their inventory. So they either just sold me a part to get me out of there or they don't check anything! On top of that after talking with distribution I was told that those parts were never ordered. When they contacted the store and called me back they said they now have the parts ordered but they said it is 3 parts when I only ordered 2! So on top of selling me a part that wasn't mine and was not checked, they never originally ordered my parts, and when the order finally got placed it was too many parts. On top of his too busy to make the call attitude.

Usually a fan of O’Reilly Auto Parts, and still shop there. This past week, I did some service to my 1999 Ford Ranger (trying to save a couple bucks, and feel a sense of accomplishment in the process). I flushed the cooling system and brake system. I just assumed that O’Reilly would recycle the fluids that came out of my vehicle. I took the coolant down there to recycle it and they told me they don’t take it. They only recycle Oil and Trans fluid. When I asked where I should take it, they told me to call the fire department and ask them. They had no clue where it should be recycled. O’Reilly can’t say they care about the planet or their customers if the managers of their stores aren’t helpful enough to know where to send their customers to recycle fluids. Instead of calling the Fire Department as recommended, I called the city, and they told me to take it to Christian Brothers. Maybe O’Reilly should take a page from Christian Brothers book and go the extra mile to take care of their customers, something that’s second nature to the true professionals over at Christian Brothers.
