I had been searching for weeks for someone to replace a motor in one of my shades and most businesses that I contacted did not bother to call me back. However, when I called Classic Window Fashions, Lisa took the time to respond to my call and then send me the name of her installer who came out and fixed my problem shade. WOW ! !
