Really nice experience, family friendly. Food was warm and tasted good, nice variety. Staff was very friendly as well.

Had this planned for weeks. Drove 3 hours to Hoboken, only to have the trip cancelled within an hour before we were to board. They said mechanical problems, and offer no refunds only an option to reschedule your trip. They require 24 hours notice if you cancel, plus they require you to pay a fee. They can cancel with little notice time and won’t offer a refund. They found out the boat had problems close to the departure time? Shouldn’t this have been addressed before? We are unable because of scheduling to make another trip. We took time off to make this cruise, should have given more time to notify us, and those who also took a trip to get there.

Not very transparent in their pricing. At checkout, they'll add 30% under taxes although NJ sales tax is 6%. Fine print then explains that there is an administrative fee for docking, fuel, etc. Sounds like the cost of doing business. I don't see restaurants charging dishwashing fees.

Such a cute date night experience. We took an evening boat that left at 7pm. There was a delicious buffet and it ended with deserts and coffee. The views were amazing, especially come night time. Highly recommend for special events or just a nice date night out!
