The reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because people come to this place to talk loudly without respect, they eat inside, in the children's area the adults sit down to occupy the small chairs, and as I said above there are no place where you feel that they are totally silent, I visited with my daughter today, Monday, August 22, and we had to go up since they were making a lot of noise downstairs, then we went up and on the left side a lady talking on the phone loudly and then she asks something to another lady and they literally start talking yelling, I move to the right side at last I found silence and suddenly two women come to talk yelling, this is supposed to be a place to be silent and be able to read but it is impossible. The staff must show respect and enforce the rules, it is useless that they are written if they do not enforce them. A good place without a doubt but the same people who wear it damage it, I hope one day this will change and it's sad since those who do it are older people who should respect and set an example.
