Beautiful immersive exhibit on the human neuron.

Not worth it for $30. It's just a big room.

The projection of images lasts only one hour, but I spent three hours living that incredible experience, without a doubt you have to visit this place, I loved the plot that the projection tells.

Hi Myriame, thank you for this question! Each exhibition varies in length, but you are invited to stay at ARTECHOUSE longer than the noted 30 minute window. You can join us for a cocktail or mocktail at the XR bar, explore other gallery spaces, or view the main Immersion Gallery installation multiple times.
Email very responsive re rebooking
Hi Mashiyat, yes ARTECHOUSE NYC will be open on February 17.
Yes, you can purchase ticket there
At least last month it was $25 plus tax in NY
I agree with the other comments, not the best idea because of the flashing lights. There were moments I felt dizzy as an adult.
Yes, the EU CovPass App is a valid proof of vaccination at ARTECHOUSE. Thank you for the question and we hope to see you soon!
It's open.. 👍
Just call them
Check the website if tickets are on sale for Wednesday. You have to buy timed tickets for entry. The website is very professional. If in doubt, call them directly.
Yes, although I would say that from a certain age so that they do not get bored, perhaps from 6 or 8 years old, it depends on the child.
What Alan said, reservation is required. But you will have to check with Artechouse to see if they are apart of the NY pass deal. Go to the website or Call, & for any reason you can't acquire the necessary answers then stop by and ask those at the front door.
It's not. But it's dark in there so it's cooler.
So all 3 answers are different! Thanks that really helped!!!!
Founded in 2015.
I believe they had them in the lobby and if I'm not mistaken an elevator was available
About $21 a person but, they do offer discounts.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to get in without a ticket. They have a strict capacity policy. The new exhibit starts March 1st. tickets should be available to purchase for that one.
Hi I was in NYC for a weekend and the tickets were sold out. However we did visit Chelsea market and they have a ticketing centre for Artechouse that we discovered accidentally not realising that this is where it is. We spoke to the lovely lady there who managed to book us a ticket for the day after the online reservations were full. So if you are really keen on going, on the first day in NYC visit their office and you can try your luck. It means traveling to the area twice which usually on a holiday in NYC you wouldn't want to do, but this is worth it. Who know you may get even more lucky and be able to get a ticket for the same day :)
You have to make reservations.
I bought my tickets online and they charged tax...I don't know if they charge taxes in person but I cannot see why they wouldn't...
Photos are fine but no flashes, and videos have to be kept under 1 minute due to copy right
Yes
They ask you are on time or early, seems to me they start a video about 10 minutes before letting you into the space that went over a quick history. When they let you into the room you are welcome to stay as long as you please. I stayed about an hour. I came right as they started the video and had little room to see it, I recommend showing up about 15 minutes prior to your booking
Do not take a 1 year old here.
Adults (15-64) $24 Students, Seniors (65+) & Military ID holders $20 Children (2-14) $17 All visitors ages 2 and above require admission tickets. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or transfers. *Pricing does not include tax + processing fees.
Email them. The is no phone number
