Those are the peak prices (Monday-Thursday from 5-10 p.m, and I forget the weekend pricing), but I will say it's not per person! So you can split it with a friend ^^
I would check the website. After a certain hour (9pm maybe?) It is 21+ only. However, before then there are always lots of kids.

Depends on when you go. There's different pricing for on an off peak hour walk in ($29 to $49 per hour). Or it's about $80 to reserve table, if you know when you want to go.
