Giving it 3 stars because the food was good, but coffee was only ok, and it took soo long to dine in! Between us sitting down and getting our coffee, three batches of people came and got their takeaway coffees ahead of us. I know because i tried to order at the counter (twice), but was told no, that i should wait for my server, since I was dining in. It doesn't make sense to me that i have to wait longer to be served at the table (ie, get a worse service) and then be expected to pay a tip. And there was almost no people sitting down (maybe 10-15% occupancy), so it could have been much worse! Please change this system, let me order my coffee at the counter and sit down with it, or hire more servers so people don't have to wait so long.

Came here on a random weekday afternoon. Guy was quick to give my coffee and then ignored me the rest of the time i was standing there instead of giving me the rest of the items in my order. When i approached another cashier, she was rude but quickly gave me my brownie. I wasted a total of 20 minutes on my lunch break here. The entire thing should have taken less than 5 minutes. All they had to do was grab the brownie off the shelf and hand it over since it had already been paid for but they took care of everyone else’s orders except mine even though i was standing right in front of the cashier. Not sure if these people come to work drunk or on something that they ignore people who are right in front of them and then treat them rudely when the customer is only asking for something they paid for. Definitely not returning. Pretty good food but will find another location with better customer service.

This is not the first time this has happened but the first time Im writing about it. Swvral times Ive entered the location on 1st ave to get one of my favorite dessert. The lemon tart. Once again I enter no one acknowledges me even trhough Im next to order. Today again, I enter no one is on line I go up to the counter one lady behind counter is looking at a receipt doesnt say a word. I am looking at her, then another, comes up and speaks to someone behind me. So I leave. Whats the problem? Do I need to be a fair skin hue to be acknowledged??? Very unprofessional and disheartening

Nice and clean I like egg avocado sandwich, avocado tartine (open face sandwich),lentil soup and mini brownie.
