Charming. Nice place for walk or run, nice small park for Revolutionary War enthusiasts.

My wife and I had a great experience at Putnam memorial. Nick at the visitor center was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the camp and the revolutionary war. If there's one person that knows his stuff and is passionate about the work that they do, Nick is definitely that person. We had a great chat and honestly felt welcomed. We hope to see Nick in the future and if you get the chance to stop in, you won't be disappointed. And say hello to Nick!

Museum and trails were great. Told the story of the British invasion.

Leashed dogs are always welcome!
It might have something to do with the current EEE cases.
Park is open daily year round 8 am to sunset Visitors Center and Museum open 10 to 5 closed Tuesdays/Wednesdays till Veterans Day
There is not a pavilion, there are a lot of tables but are scattered, restrooms are more like outhouses with no running water and there is no swimming.
