Nice community for a trailer park, but the homes are packed in like sardines. There is also a small park for kids to go to and play on. Seems relatively safe!

How are the utlities? Is anything included in the rent? Such as power, water?

Don't move in, the manager is awful and has had the cops called on him for many things including yelling at tenants.
