Going to court sounds like it can be an unpleasant experience. Who wants their life stopping for a few. The team before the whole thing even begins are so down to earth they make it a respectful welcoming experience. It's very organized and truly makes me proud of our judicial system regardless the circumstances pr the outcomes.

I received an expired meter ticket and the next day I attempted MULTIPLE times to pay it and the system would not load or process the payments. I live about 2 hours away from white plains so it will be a hassle to deal with. I don’t have time to deal with this

metro north.. you can take the 4 or the 5 to 125th Street in Harlem get off walk one block to the Metro-North Harlem Line and catch the train to White Plains there get off the train and walk about three blocks up the courthouse is right there
Speak with the officer at the front desk by the main elevator's he or she may be able to help you
No you have to park across the street at the galleria mall
Go to the city clerks office and get your disposition.
Small claims..
Wrong courthouse...you gotta go to Westchester County Courthouse and speak with the clerks there
