I was upset that I had to give this place a one star, because it was usually so nice and comforting. I went last night with a group of friends and bought my tickets online. A worker told me we couldn’t watch the movie because it was rated R. I got my money back and tried to figure out what else we could watch until the same employee started to make rude and unnecessary comments. He was rolling his eyes the entire time. All that effort to be rude just to be paid minimum wage or less. I’m pretty sure his name was Ferdinand or something close to that.

It was a great experience until an employee from the pppcorn counter said that all military personnel sould be marked as felons. My husband asked about military discount. We were speechless and didn't know how to deal with that kind of comment. I understand you have people with some mental health issues, but I just wanted to let you know that. We are from out of town and the entire military personnel were visiting whiteplains for a weekend getaway with their spouse.

If you're needing confirmation regarding your class trip plans for the film, then I would also recommend contacting the theatre to be sure the reservation and payment has already been secure. If not, then I would contact the Shoah Foundation. Hopefully someone will be able to be able to assist you who takes care of large groups, events, etc. Hope this helps.
