I had financed four new wheels and tires and despite arriving at 11:30am, I wasn’t able to depart until just after 4pm because R&R Tires Express was training a new mechanic. I had brought $400 in cash with me to apply toward the outstanding balance and the clerk who gave me a receipt indicated everything (including a $110 deposit) would be subtracted from the balance when I signed the contract. When I reviewed the paperwork, the purchase price was approximately $1000 more than I had anticipated. When the agent went to research the original quote and realized it was a mistake, the paperwork was redone. I asked about the money I already applied, and the agent said it would be held in the event I decided to return the tires and wheels (which were the original size for the vehicle). I drove the SUV away and it was handling really rough, and I even had to stop to see if a wheel was about to fall off the vehicle. I called and they told me to bring the SUV back. The mechanic explained the weights for the wheel were in the wrong location and it would be fixed. This didn’t make sense to me since R&R replaced both and knew the tires were a different size. So I spent an inordinate amount of time between waiting for the new tires/wheels to be installed; the initially incorrect paperwork, and then something that could have been have been resolved if they simply test drove the SUV. It just wasn’t my day for speedy service.

I buy all my tires from them and never had an issue on both cars 3 times so that's six set of tires from them.And I drove 110 miles one way to work 6 days a week. They stand by their guarantee that if you get a nail or brick in your tire it's fixed our replacedand towed with road side assistance . The goal is to never go full term of the contract and you won't pay an outrageous price.
