Went to Black's Tire & Auto Service on Ramsey Street on yesterday due to low tire pressure on front passenger side tire. My tire issue was diagnosed within five minutes prior to close. I am very impressed with their customer service and timeliness of the service I received. I was asked to come back the next day to have my tire repaired . I was so relieved that they were able to take my car back to diagnose the problem within minutes of the business closing. They really value their customers and they are consummate professionals and value you as customer ! I went back this afternoon after work to have my tire repaired. I was greeted by the manager and customer service attendant with a smile and again on today my car was taken back for the tire repair within three minutes after I arrived.-timely service. My checkout process was quick and I will say this; I was very satisfied and impressed from start to finish. I didn't have to wait long for my tire repair. I would recommend you to come here for all of your tire and auto service needs I will be a returning customer ! We provide hand sanitizer, we encourage customers and staff to wear masks, and we do clean and sanitize areas that are in regular contact with people (such as counters, C/C machines, etc). We do try to keep seats 6 feet or more apart to maintain social distancing, we do encourage it between customers.
