I stay in Hilton properties the majority of rhe time I travel and this was no different. The room was clean and the night time guest service person was great. However when we got up the next morning to get ourselves together there was NO HOT WATER. This was very disappointing.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms was cleaned and the breakfast was good. I will definitely be back to this location if needed.

Amazing place I will be back. Clean, friendly staff, pet friendly, pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Stayed a few days.

When I first walked in the hotel it was looking marvelous and the hotel staff was great.. The hotel room was great, great size ,great look nice bathroom thumbs up. Now me and my party was looking forward to check out the swimming pool but the main focus was the jacuzzi and it wasn't working strike number one☝️... Before the night was over some things was crashing the party and it was a bed bug strike number two ✌..... Got in touch with the night manager about the situation immediately he had left the front desk and came upstairs and took control the bedbug problem .. After that we have to sleep on the sofa sleeper the bed was a no go very the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, left the hotel that morning with disappointment and unsatisfactory. But my party had left they glasses in the and trying to retrieve them from the lost and found and that was a no-go strike number three👌..The reason for the two stars was the staff and the hotel but the room that's a no-go
