I've always gotten great service at Twiggs U-Haul. However, at the end of December 2021 one of their U-Haul staffers lost his temper for no reason and threatened to cancel my reservation. It was completely unexpected and unprovoked. I am sympathetic to the pressures people are under and the prevalence of rude customers, but this was shocking. It was the worst experience of my life as a customer. I'm giving them 3 stars because of their past history and the fact that another U-Haul staffer apologized profusely.

Very nice staff, they have sooooo much stuff! You can rent outdoor party and barbeque stuff, even a popcorn machine! Gotta go see all their stuff, dishes, glasses, too much to mention. The bomb! Prices? I dont know.......

Great folks. I reserved a U-Haul trailer from a location in Swansea, MA. U-Haul ran out of trailers at that location and notified me via a text message a couple of days in advance that I should pick it up at Twiggs instead. I showed up at Twiggs and when I pulled in they had me immediately backup to my trailer. I was hooked up within 5 minutes of showing up and was out of there within 15 minutes.
