The customer service here is horrible. I’m not sure who manages this pharmacy but they never answer the phones. The wait times are well over 25 minutes. I drove from work 23 minutes away and arrived home and finally hung up. I called again and they picked up after a long wait and through me on hold again immediately and I gave up. Prescription was suppose to be ready on Tuesday and two days later and nothing!!!

DO NOT send your medication here!!!! Has been the worst pharmaceutical experience I have had my entire life.I got a new prescription I been getting this same medication for about 6 months now literally and I mean literally every time it’s been called in they delay it due to it being “out of stock” pharmacists there says the reason is because it is a “high dollar medication” they do not order it knowing I get it monthly not only that, they will tell you specifically yea we ordered it will be here tomorrow. Next day (tomorrow) they say no not here “maybe” next day or two and just very rude and unprofessional. If you have a narcotic sent they make you feel shamed due to, the way they treat you when asking for a time of pickup they make it very clear ordering that medication for you is not important.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Incompetent and unprofessional people work here. Phone automation system keeps you on hold for twenty minutes to hang up.

One of the managers is so unprofessional. Her attitude towards customers is like that of a prisoner and a guard. Literally nothing positive came out of her mouth the duration of my visit. She told me “we will NOT call you when your photos are ready because we have about 10,000 photos to copy so we don’t have time to make calls”. This is when I went to pick my photos up for the 3rd time because they ran out of paper and kept pushing the pick up date back. Then she told me to cancel my order and try another option. I will never go back there.
