They were busy to the point of my onlie order scheduled for a later pickup placed by wifey was late. And i didnt receive drink cup and didn't ask, not knowing we had paid for those. Add on the fact this loc is very inconsistent with wing seasonings/sauces it was mediocre.

Ordered online & sat down in restaurant to eat. Everything was clean & the staff was friendly. Our food was fresh and hot & made on time. First time in a while I actually received good fries from a Wingstop and not just skins. Everything was great for us except the music. It was Bruce Springsteen Sirius station, so annoying.

I’ve tried this wingstop a few times and each time was worse than the last. This was the last straw. All of the food was cold. I asked for everything to be cooked well done and nothing was close to being well done, and the barbecue wings that has sauce were drenched while the others had no sauce. The boneless wings were cold and had no lemon pepper sauce at all. Never again.

Here is the truth of it for me. Three stars cause they (employees, specifically at night) are doing what they can and somehow do get the orders out. I come, however, from customer service, and that is non-existent here. The guy at the front is shaking in his boots, just trying not to make eye contact answer the phone and deal with the door dash orders. There is no leadership here!? I Dont know how they do it with all younger, even possible miners idk that. Again the food is good, but this place could run so much more efficiently with the proper leadership, in my opinion. And honestly, the guys deserve that.
