Yes they can and if they can't they can get you in contact with someone who can. If they can, and if not they can help you, find out where to seek help.

Tabor help you with the deposit and 1st month rent. Out of my experience with that is all they do. Yes the inform you of other organizations that can help if you qualify. But for them to help you you have to be referred by 211. That is your best bet call 211 then go from there. Good luck.
Tabor does not take anyone in...they advocate to get you housing. You will need to go to a shelter. It depends what the reason is that you're being evicted. You will need to call them and see if you meet their criteria.

Yes its for all people. They do not discriminate against a certain type of people, unlike some other similar establishments.
You have to look for it yourself. They may help you with money but no they won't help with the search. On another note, you may want to have your dog(if thats what you have) made into a companion dog. You could probably look it up. No landlord can turn you down for that
