This was one of the most pleasant doctors office experiences I've had in awhile. My daughter needed a last minute physical for cheer and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Deidra was the PA that did my daughter's examination. She was very informative and happy to answer any questions. Made my daughter feel at ease. Everything from setting up the appointment to check out exceeded expectations. Autumn and the rest of the staff was amazing. Thanks so much.

I had a 1:40 appointment for my sick toddler yesterday. I checked him in through the website and arrived 20 minutes early, as instructed. We waited in the lobby until 3:05 before finally giving up and going home. That is unacceptable. If you cannot see patients at (or very close to) their appointment times, then STOP TAKING APPOINTMENTS! Making a parent sit in a lobby with a sick kid for almost two hours... Shame on you.
