We ordered our chim cap chimney liner kit through home depot. Had some issues with the flex liner fitting into the tee piece due to being exactly the same size and the tee piece being slightly oblong. After some research and going through their online parts catalog we also noticed the tee piece we received didn’t have a flange out which would help the flex liner slide in easier. Called the company directly and talked with a very nice gentleman who explained they recently changed the design of the Tee pieces and cut the flanges on their tee pieces off due to others having issues getting them down the chimneys and getting caught up. Luckily that was not an issue in our case, and the gentleman I spoke to was nice enough to even find us one of the old style tee pieces and send it to us at no extra charge! Was here within a few days! Worked like a charm, the flex liner slid right in without difficulty as he said it should! Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received!

Called to order a 3 flue chimney cap. The guy seemed knowledgeable, and agreed he knew what I was looking for. When I received the cap everything looked good size and all, but when I went to install it the area that would screw the cap to the flue was so flimsy that the bolts won’t get tight. Supposed to have some sort of reinforcement there. How can you install a product three stories up that won’t get tight. Called them and they said well that’s what I wanted, didn’t know I had to explain that it needs to be able to support it’s own weight in the air. Spent $371 on junk, Have to order a new one somewhere else.
