This was supposed to be a great family vacation, but we ran into sooooo many problems as it pertained to the cleanliness of our rooms!!!! Cleanliness is at the top of our list, when staying in a hotel. We called down to the front desk at least 10 or more times. Rooms were not clean, only 2 hangers in the closet, the iron stopped working on day 1, big beautiful television not working, in a 5 day stay our room was only cleaned once...I had to request it 3 times before it happened. The rooms are very small. Not a good hotel for a family vacation. The only bright spot of our stay was the manager, Clint. He was very kind but his cleaning staff left something to be desired. I saw them on our floor everyday, but I had to empty my own trash everyday, that's just unacceptable. When on vacation, who wants to buy cleaning products and clean your room everyday??? Our next visit to Dallas, we will definitely have to stay at a different hotel.

The room was not clean, there were hair ties all over the floor, they literally didn't even try. The shower drain stopper was broken so to shower we had to shove a bar of soap under it so it would stay open. The room was hot and never really cooled off even after turning the air all the way down. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff working the desk, they were absolutely amazing!

It's kind of hard to get to if your on the wrong side. The refrigerator in room didn't work and as a diabetic that's bad. Had to keep insulin in my cooler with 🧊. The front desk person didn't seem well versed in the computer knowledge of check in procedures. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Hotel is very nicely appointed and looks fresh. Last night was cold in the building but the room was comfortable. I need to call out the fantastic help we received from L'ray at the front desk. My car needed a jump start and I didn't have jumper cables. She happily drove her car around and gave me a jump start. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and I wanted to make sure her manager knew about it! Thanks again L'ray!!
