As a first time renter, I am soooo grateful to come across a leasing agent like Autumn. From the time that I walked into the leasing office, she welcomed me with open arms! She is so professional, personable, and knowledgeable! The process was completed so quickly! Autumn goes above and beyond; such as completing my application AFTER work hours! Her, alone, sold me on wanting to be apart of the Bella Ruscello community! I am so excited! Thank you again Autumn!!!

Where do I even start? My experience from day was was nothing short of amazing. Ms. Autumn is the REAL MVP. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, professional & courteous. She had an overall welcoming demeanor. Great first impression.

Bella Ruscello is very quiet 🤫 for the most part the office team is A1 they work together as a team ..Ms.Autumn takes her time to hear your concern if there is an issue she always comes up with best solution of course depending on the situation ..Maintenance does an awesome job on making sure as residents we are comfortable they also do a great job at keeping the property clean and respond promptly . ,I appreciate Ms.Johanna when the ice arrived last week she came out that morning I was surprised to see her with the condition of the roads she patrolled the property grounds making sure everything was still intact.Thank you Bella Ruscello and Ms.Laura for having an awesome team that serves with integrity and provides exceptional customer service

I am a current resident of the apartment. Overall love the apartment and like the way people at the front office address resident problems. my problem is with the emergency maintenance personnel. I already spoke to them at the front office about this issue. I hope they address it asap. the 2 different times I had to call the after-hours emergency numbers, first time, I got a call back immediately to have the maintenance person tell me he was going to head out to help me turn off or change the batteries in the alarm that was going off inside my apartment all night without any smoke. This wasn't the first time. it went off from around 10 pm to 12:30/1 am in the morning. I left a voicemail detailing the problem, only to have the tech call me for details again. he told me someone was going to come by, only to stay up for about 2 hours, nobody came. called again, same tech, couldn't remember my apartment number, never headed out. Second issue, lost keys to my apartment 2 days ago, called the emergency number, told by maintenance someone would come over to open door for, no show for 3 hours. within first 2 hours, called about six times, got told someone will come open door, pulled a no-show. eventually got a call back after leaving multiple angry voice messages, told that it is against company policy to open the door after hours and I would have to get my own locksmith. i explained to him that I was given 1 key when I moved in, don't have a room mate, wouldn't be able to pay for a locksmith and my phone was going to die soon, only for him to tell me that there was nothing he could do and ill have to get a locksmith or wait for the office to open at 9am to be able to get into my own apartment that I part that I pay over $1000 for at the end of the month. it is Seriously ridiculous! what if I didn't have a car or had no relatives that live in Dallas? I would have ended up sleeping in my car in 56-degree weather that got colder overnight. I am highly disappointed! And I suppose we are supposed to have 2 sets of keys to an apartment?
