I came in for my scheduled 2nd monkeypox vaccine in Fulton County-Neighborhood Union-Monkey Pox Vaccination 186 Sunset Ave NW Atlanta, Georgia 30314 and it is closed. I called the vaccination hot line to see available locations today and they are all closed. What a way to serve the community NOT. And no need to apologize, you need to do a much better job. At least sending emails advising. And this is NOT free as you are collecting our insurance information.

More than likely you would have to either make a long distance call to Germany and see if the hospital you were born in can mail it to you. Or if send a written letter to that same hospital about getting a certified copy. If you came to the States as a child and possibly your parents may have brought your records here, you may have to contact the immigration office for the state of Georgia or federal government and ask about the steps you would need to take to obtain your birth records. No, birth certificates are not issued from the State of Georgia Bldg. You would have to visit Vital Records in your area. Some Health Departments also issue birth certificates.

From my experience you can go to a local clinic however most pharmacies like CVS minute clinic do accept walk in patients and will do your child's physical for school. I would suggest calling the one closest to you and asking about their services, insurance they accept, pricing, and availability. Or you can contact your local clinic and ask them the same questions.
