I'm a new patient was seen today and I myself always read reviews before I go to any business or do busy with anybody. I must say in atlanta customer service wise I'm rarely impressed but Doctor T Ms.Taliaferro was just really inviting, warm, and just made me feel calm and relaxed, when my session with her was over. I can tell you she made my day and I'm looking forward for my follow up. Thanks Doctor T and the staff super Kool experience.

The store hours are until 5pm. I walked in at 4:10pm to simply buy a couple of products from them and was informed they had shut their system down almost an hour early and I would have to come back the next day. Very unimpressed.

Not impressed, office came highly recommended. I went in for a consultation and was never made aware in my multiple calls or emails that the consultation was not free. I would understand if the doctor was present for the consultation which is who I thought I was seeing until I got there. Jill was the esthetician and she was knowledgeable and all thar but she didn't offer anything different from the other estheticians I know other than she's 5 min from my house.

UPDATE 2: Once again, Dr. Taliaferro takes no accountability and would rather lie about not calling me late at night. Screenshot attached of her call at 9:53pm. UPDATE: After I posted my original review, Dr. Taliaferro called me at 10pm that night and was very upset. She tried to convince me to take down my review but I told her it was my right to keep it up. I then asked her if she spoke to her staff or took any action before she decided to call and criticize me for my experience at her practice, but her response was that she would be taking those steps next. 7 months later, Dr. Taliaferro responds to my review stating that “staff went over and beyond to accommodate.” I’m sorry, but when staff tells a patient to STAND OUTSIDE AND WAIT AT THE ELEVATORS AS THERE WERE NO SEATS AVAILABLE, that’s not what I would call accommodations. I did not want to write an update, however, reading Dr. Taliaferro’s response and seeing the lack of accountability is very disappointing. A horrible experience is an understatement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first visit was for a mole removal procedure and I would not have returned for a second and third visit had I not needed a follow-up on the procedure’s progress. The receptionists have an unwelcoming demeanor and are terrible at scheduling appointments. I made an appointment for 11:30am today but they called and asked if I would be able to come in for an earlier appointment at 11:00am. When I arrived for my new and earlier appointment, the waiting room was jam packed with no seats available. Rhonda at the front desk checked me in and asked me to have a seat until the doctor was ready for me. I asked her if I would be able to get in within the next 15 minutes at my scheduled time (11am) because there are not any seats available. She asked if I would like to STAND OUTSIDE AND WAIT AT THE ELEVATORS AS THERE WERE NO SEATS. I told her I would ideally like to see the doctor at 11am as I was rescheduled for an earlier time and it didn’t make sense for them to reschedule my appointment if this were the case. I have had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time each visit but Rhonda’s response was the last straw and I will not be returning. I definitely would have appreciated a better response. Please do not waste your time here. We deserve better!

All I can say is that they have majority black clients, workers and she's black. 🤷🏾♂️ I have seen improvements with the troubled areas of my skin. I've been going since December of 2020.

Vitiligo is challenging to treat. We offer several options for treatment, including the 308-excimer laser and phototherapy.
Its not his old practice, however, she did work in the office with him years ago.
