I like all the extra services included in the vip package. It didn’t seem like the hair stylist liked doing all the extra stuff. Hair cut was on par with other chains.

I had checked in on-line despite there being an hour-plus wait, arrived to the store 20 minutes ahead of my appointment, checked in and sat down across from the register, saw my name on the board, was counting down the customers ahead of me and got excited when I saw "On Deck" next to my name ... and then my stylist walked right over to a walk-in customer with two children and sat them down ahead of me. No acknowledgment or apology despite the other stylists pointing out the mistake. Time is more important than ever these days. That's why there are online check-ins. Unacceptable.
