Always helpful and listens to my input. Usually get to see Dr Raab instead of one of the PAs. They are all helpful, but I left Hughston a few years ago because I almost always saw just the PAs.

I can answer that because I had the EXACT same experience with their billing office. Their medical staff is GREAT, but their billing staff is among the worst I have ever encountered! Simply put, the problem lies in the simple fact that their billing people put a high priority on getting your money whether they are actually owed, it or not, yet ZERO priority on returning it to you when they must. Don't you wish you could grab several hundred dollars or other people's money and collect interest on it for nearly half a year before finally returning it. Sounds great to me !!
